It is with great pleasure and appreciation that I welcome the Orient 2006 Myanmar-Japan Rainbow Bridge show. We are pleased to have the opportunity with ASEAN NET WORK, to hold this first exhibition to be appreciated by Myanmar art lovers.This will not only promote cultural exchange between our two nation, but also opportunity to experience Japanese art and culture.
      Though mountains and rivers are in different parts of the world, the moon and the wind are in the same sky. Wind blow freshness and the moon spreads light to every corner of the world. Cultural exchange will like the wind and the moon, spread good espects of both Myanmar culture to the people of the world, and introduce foreign culture achievement to Myanmar people and the people of the world. I am very happy to have this opportunity to expose Myanmar paintings together with our friend Japanese artist and from other ASEAN countries.
